Zelle® is a digital payment service that allows users to send and receive money directly between U.S. bank accounts, typically within minutes. As of April 2025, Zelle has discontinued its standalone app for money transfers. Users are now required to access Zelle through their bank's mobile app or online banking platform. The standalone app remains available for viewing past transaction history but no longer supports sending or receiving funds.

How to use:

Open your bank's mobile app or online banking and find the Zelle feature.
Enroll using your U.S. mobile number or email address.
To send money, enter the recipient’s enrolled mobile number or email, input the amount, and confirm.
To receive money, share your enrolled mobile number or email with the sender. The money will typically arrive within minutes.
Both parties must have U.S. bank accounts and be enrolled with Zelle through their banks
